WESTERN AUSTRALIA'S POST-LOCKDOWN RULES:
* Perth Metropolitan, Peel region and South West region to finish a five-day lockdown from 6pm on Friday.
* Some restrictions will remain for Perth and Peel - but not the South West - until 12.01am on Sunday February 14.
* From 6pm on Friday, residents can leave their homes but must wear a face mask at all times except for during vigorous outdoor exercise.
* Schools reopen from Monday, February 8 but teachers and high school students are required to wear face masks.
* Primary school students don't have to wear a mask and teachers can remove masks in a classroom setting to help with clear communication.
* A 20-person limit applies to private indoor and outdoor gatherings.
* Businesses and venues can reopen except for nightclubs and the casino.
* Four-square metre rule and 150-person capacity - excluding staff - applies to hospitality, entertainment, fitness venues and events including weddings and funerals.
* Pubs and restaurants can only have seated service.
* Community sport can resume with up to 150 people including players, officials and spectators.
* Dancing is only permitted at weddings and dance studios.
* Visits to aged care and disability care facilities restricted to compassionate grounds and advocates.
* Only essential travel, including for work or on compassionate grounds, permitted in and out of the combined Perth and Peel regions.
* Elective surgery to resume.
* Fly-in, fly-out work allowed to resume under strict protocols.
* Individuals to face penalties for not using the SafeWA QR code system or written registers.
