The Morrison government has no plans to change its vaccine rollout despite the release of new research revealing the Pfizer treatment can be stored at warmer temperatures. Pfizer now reports the vaccine can be kept in a standard freezer instead of ultra-cold conditions. Storage is suitable at minus 20 degrees Celsius instead of the extreme minus 70 degrees Celsius. The revelation means smaller pharmacies and GPs could administer the shots which would increase the speed of the rollout.
