Authorities are keeping a close eye on the Melbourne suburbs of Kensington and Flemington after coronavirus testing revealed high rates of infection in those suburbs.
The suburbs do not have coronavirus restrictions yet but Daniel Andrews warned that could change as early as tomorrow.
“If people don’t follow the rules, then a hotspot postcode you will be living in because I will have no choice to shut down more parts of our city, and potentially, our state,” Andrews said.

Victoria recorded 66 new cases of coronavirus on Friday, which is five days straight of more than 60 cases.
The number of active coronavirus cases now stands at 442.
At least 150,000 people have tested for coronavirus in Melbourne in the past week
However, in the hotspot suburbs, 10,000 people have refused.
Authorities said a super spreader in one of the hotspot areas may be responsible for dozens of new cases.
