Victoria and the Northern Territory downgrade Queensland COVID threat - Sky News Australia

Victoria has downgraded Brisbane’s coronavirus threat level in time for the Easter long weekend and the Northern Territory has revoked its hotspot declarations for Queensland and New South Wales. Victoria’s health department updated the warning to orange after Queensland ended the city’s three-day snap lockdown. This means residents who had recently travelled to Brisbane will no longer be forced to quarantine at home if they have tested negative. People arriving in the Northern Territory from Greater Brisbane and NSW’s Byron Shire will no longer be required for 14 days However, visitors from those local government areas will still be required to have a COVID test, isolate for 72 hours and complete an online border entry form upon arrival.
